Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
• The product is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• All accessories and parts must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Used products
• Products ordered incorrectly by the customer
• Discounted or sale items
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the item is received, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds may be issued through:

• JazzCash
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or ordering mistake, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
